1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing our APIs, or utilizing our Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Twwinz.com provides a B2B AI-Twin-as-a-Service (TaaS) infrastructure for the creator economy. Services include white-label widgets, voice cloning interfaces, GoHighLevel CRM integration, and direct connection pipelines via Model Context Protocol to host your digital replica on client-owned domains.

3. Fees and Revenue Model

Our infrastructure operates on a stable high-margin retainer model structure:

• Fixed Retainers: Ranging from $2,000 to $10,000+ monthly for 24/7 system monitoring and continuous platform capability updates.
• Usage Fees: Per-interaction or per-minute billing (estimated $0.05–$0.50) applied based on audience computing usage.
• Performance Share: An agreed-upon percentage of Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) or generated revenue tracked directly through twin-driven conversions.

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in client-specific Service Level Agreements.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Replication Rights

You fully own the rights to your digital replica, voice, and generated model knowledge base. Under the standards of the 2025 NO FAKES Act, Twwinz.com acknowledges your "Federal Digital Replication Right." As part of our service, we provide secure "Digital Chain of Custody" protocols for liability mitigation. Twwinz.com claims no ownership rights over your likeness.

5. User Guidelines

You agree not to modify, hack, inject malicious code into (tool poisoning), or attempt to reverse engineer Twwinz.com systems or Model Context Protocol adaptors. Your digital replicas must only act in ways defined by your explicit configuration—any creation of unlawful, illicit, or harmful applications using the platform will result in immediate termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Twwinz.com provides infrastructure "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twwinz.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital influence, resulting from your use of the Services or AI hallucinations, barring cases of gross negligence.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you are in breach of these Terms. Upon termination, active digital twin connections will be severed, though the creator retains all rights to the offline data replica.
